Cyber-Solutions developed a new corporate website for ZAUNERGROUP, an established company in the international industrial plant and pipeline construction sector. The aim of the project was to present the group's technological standards and industrial expertise in a clear, consistent, and future-proof manner in the digital realm. The new website was intended not only to serve as a brand platform, but also as a scalable technical basis for future expansions, international content, and efficient editorial maintenance.

Design

The starting point was an existing design system in Figma, which served as the binding basis for the technical implementation. On this basis, Cyber-Solutions developed a modern front end with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and SCSS. The focus was on clear component logic, high performance, and a clean separation of design, content, and logic. All UI components were systematically documented and provided in Storybook to ensure long-term maintainability and reusability.

Headless

Storyblok was used as the headless CMS, giving ZAUNERGROUP maximum flexibility in content maintenance and allowing it to further develop content independently of release cycles. The technical architecture was designed so that both static site generation and server-side rendering can be used, depending on the page type and performance requirements. The result is a fast, search engine-friendly, and highly dynamic website.

Front-end components

Modern DevOps practices were implemented to accompany the development. The build and deployment processes ran on Azure DevOps, with hosting on Vercel and Netlify depending on the use case. Automated testing with Playwright ensured that functionality and quality remained stable even during ongoing development. In total, over 40 reusable front-end components were created, which now form the basis for consistent digital brand management.

Design system

The new corporate website impresses with significantly improved loading times, a clearly structured information architecture, and a technical basis that already anticipates future requirements. At the same time, collaboration between marketing, IT, and external partners has been greatly simplified thanks to the clear setup consisting of a design system, storybook, and headless CMS. Today, the platform is a central digital asset of the ZAUNERGROUP and actively supports its positioning as a technologically leading industrial company.
