After his military service, Andreas started working as a software developer in a large web agency in Wels. He quickly developed and was promoted to technical project manager after just 2 years.
In this role, he looked after large companies throughout Europe. But that was not all: his outstanding performance led to him being promoted to team leader of an entire department, with responsibility for more than 10 employees in the Sitecore area.

Thomas Eigner completed his studies at HTL for automation technology. After his training, it was clear to him that he wanted to pursue a technical career in which machines do what he teaches them. So, after his military service, he ended up at EBNER Industrieofenbau in Leonding as an automation technician.
What he hadn't expected at the time: after only 3 months of training, he was given the opportunity to assist with a commissioning in California. The planned duration of the assignment was six weeks. At the time, his English was still atrocious, and he also lacked professional experience. Initially hesitant, he could not resist the challenge. He accepted. But the six weeks turned into four months. While his superiors had to return home earlier, Thomas stayed behind and fought his way through alone. In retrospect, it was the best thing that could have happened to him. Within a very short time, he was able to learn a lot. After six years, he moved to the project planning department. Although he was familiar with the products, project management was new territory for him. However, after an initial period of familiarization, he was able to adapt to this role, in which he still feels comfortable today. He saw his role primarily as a mediator and translator, which has earned him excellent feedback in projects to this day.
Cyber-Solutions shows how a business partnership can develop from a friendship. Andreas and Thomas founded their company in 2015. The success story began. From initially smaller web projects, the founders worked their way up. Andreas was the first to decide to go fully independent. That's how it came about that a customer said to him:
